Outfit or Accessory Changes

You may make outfit or accessory changes for 1 image of your 3 images. You must request your 1 change before your start your photos. If you have multiple requests such as removing a jacket, removing glasses, and/or jewelry or other accessory changes with other combinations, it is recommended you rejoin the line to try each request in a new session. Please be sure to repeat the process completely each time you rejoin the line.

Multiple Visits

If you would like more than 3 images, you may rejoin the line and repeat the same process for another set of 3 images. If the event is providing photography multiple days, you’re welcome to come back each day with a new outfit or look.**

Delivery Method

You will either receive a QR code or you will enter your e-mail.

1) Shared Google Drive Folder (Group Delivery).
You will receive a QR code to access the event folder. Scan the code, click your event, and click on the date you attended to find your photo.

2) E-mail Attachment (Individual Delivery).
You will be required to provide your email for photo delivery. You will receive an individual e-mail with your digital files attached.***

Delivery Time

Delivery is either same day or within 3 business days.

1) Same Day.
With low volume or if an assistant is present, digital files are delivered within a few minutes of sitting for photos. This time estimate is subject to change due to unexpected high volume, errors, or internet connection drops.

2) Within 3 Business Days.
With high volume or a solo photographer, delivery of digital files is within 3 business days of the last day of the event or convention.

Please notify Chelsea V Photography if you have not received your digital files within 4 business days of the last day of the event or convention.

File Size

Digital files are shot in Small Fine (1-2 MB). Small indicates the file size. Fine indicates the amount of detail (fine as in high quality). Small Fine files work for posting online or printing in standard sizing. The file will not work for billboard or extremely large format printing.

File size does not indicate resolution or quality.
If your file appears blocky or pixelated, your device, program or e-mail may have compressed the file. Compression squeezes the data to make it fit into the same file, but removes redundant information to save on space resulting in pixelation. Programs and websites will do this to make the program/website run more efficiently. Digital files are not sent compressed.

Small Fine JPG (PPI) DPI is used to prep files for print. 

For headshot events, tethering is typically used. Tethering allows the photos to upload from the camera to the computer instantly. This method allows digital files to be delivered quickly to guests. Photos are not edited before being delivered. For those wanting to get more out of their image, retouching is available. Retouching starts at $10 and includes further editing such as brightness and color.

*Convention/event sessions are deconstructed versions of  studio headshot sessions. Event sessions are provided at no cost to you (the guest). The $250 value is an example and does not reflect an actual monetary value. Clients are not entitled to any compensation if they do not receive 3 digital files after sitting with Chelsea V Photography.

**Multiple visits are applicable for events where the organizer has permitted multiple visits for the guests. Chelsea V Photography reserves the right to refuse service to guests for multiple reasons including but not limited to using the service more than once when the organizer requires 1 visit per guest, the guest does not qualify to use the service (such as having a paid membership or their convention attendance status does not allow use of the photo service), unruly or abusive behavior from the guest. If you, the guest, are not happy with something, please present your issue in an orderly manner and Chelsea V Photography will try to resolve your issue within reason.

***For individual delivery, your e-mail is required for photo delivery. You must provide an e-mail that can receive attachments from a Gmail account. Do not use an advanced security/high filter e-mail. You must enter your full e-mail correctly. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the photo delivery. Photos come from ChelseaVinfo@gmail.com. If you did not enter a correct e-mail or an e-mail that can receive attachments, you will have to rejoin the line, enter a new e-mail and retake your photos. Individual delivery typically takes a few minutes (unless otherwise noted due to unforeseen issues), so if you do not receive your image within 10 minutes, please let Chelsea V Photography know as soon as possible.

****Retouching on outfits and hair will need to be assessed before proceeding. You will be notified via e-mail if the request is possible before being charged and retouching work is performed. Not every outfit or hair style can be retouched (patterns, the way it sits on the body, etc. will determine if the retouch is possible).

Once payment is submitted, retouching will be processed. Payments for retouching are nonrefundable once submitted. Retouched digital files are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.
